Audit Processing Time

Audit Processing Time

We understand you are checking on your recertification application that has been selected for a random audit.

All applications selected for audit for EMR providers will be reviewed by October 31 of their renewal cycle, and for all EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic providers will be reviewed by April 30.

Applications selected for audit are processed in the order they are received. Complete applications with all education uploaded at the time of submission can be processed in the least amount of time. If your application requires adjustments or additional information, it may delay processing.

Processing times may vary due to fluctuations in the number of applications submitted during the recertification season. Higher volumes mean longer processing times.

If you have further questions regarding the status of an audit, please email audit@nremt.org
