For EMR providers if all education was completed by September 30 of the year your certification expires, you can submit late recertification application. You have until October 31 to submit a late application with the $50 reinstatement fee and appropriate recert fee.
For EMT, AEMT and Paramedic providers if all education was completed by the March 31 of the year your certification expires, you can submit a late recertification application. You have until April 30, to submit the late application with the $50 reinstatement fee and appropriate recertification fee.
If your education was not completed by your expiration date, you cannot submit a late application and your certification will expire. You can review more information on lapsed certification on our website,
