Recertification: How to Affiliate With Agency

You can manage your affiliations from your My Certification dashboard.  You can be affiliated with more than one agency.  Once you have submitted a request, make sure to follow up with your Training Officer, so they are aware it is pending their review. 


How To Affiliate With Agency: 
  1. Click on "Add or Remove Agency Affiliation" it can be found just below the Recertification CE Summary (graph of completed education) 
  2. Click on Affiliate With Another Agency
  3. Select a state from the first drop down menu*  
  4. Select the agency from the second drop down menu** 


*If you cannot locate the agency after selecting the state, check with your agency to make sure it is not listed in a different state 
** Agencies are listed alphabetically, may be listed under a larger company name or entity. Check with your training officer, to make sure how or if the agency is registered with the National Registry.

If your agency is not listed and your agency is willing to be registered with the National Registry, please have your current Training Officer contact us at 614-888-4484.
