Recertification: How To Edit Course

If you entered incorrect information on a course you can make corrections after the course has been saved to your transcript. Attached is a quick guide for how to edit education on your transcript. 

Important Notes: 
  1. Education entered by a Training Officer cannot be edited
    1. Training Officers may be able to edit the course 
  2. Once your recertification application is submitted you cannot make changes to any education used on the application without withdrawing the application.*
* Withdrawing an application will allow you to make changes, but you must resubmit the application in order for it to be processed.
