Incomplete Audit Notification

If your recertification application was selected for a random audit, please make sure to monitor your account and email. Notification of an incomplete audit will be sent through your Message Center on your National Registry account, and to the email on your National Registry profile. 


Helpful Information: 

You can make one request to have your application sent back to make corrections. Reasons for corrections may include but are not limited to: 

  1. Missing Documentation of Education 
  2. Incorrect Courses Entered or Listed 
  3. Need to Reassign Education 

However, once the corrections are made and the application is resubmitted, you will not be permitted to make any additional changes.
