If you receive notification for immediate action the Message Center is where you can find more information.

Your My Certification dashboard will be the main location for information before, during and after your renewal period. On the dashboard at the bottom of the page, your Message Center is located. The message center will display information on your recertification application, affiliation requests, notification about your recertification and more. Checking your message center regularly can help you complete your renewal process with ease.
