Recertification Application Denied by Medical Director

Congratulations, you have submitted your recertification application and are one step closer to completing your renewal. If you are currently working with one or more agencies your application has been submitted to them for review. If your physician medical director has denied your application, the notification will be in your Message Center. If you application has been denied some helpful information is below. 

Helpful Solutions: 
  1. Contact your training officer 
  2. Contact your physician medical director 
  3. Check to make sure your affiliation is the correct organization(s)
  4. Make any needed changes or corrections suggested and resubmit the application
