Recertification Application Immediate Action Required
Once your application has been submitted, you may receive notice that your application requires action. These notifications are sent to the email on file in your National Registry account.
Notices of actions include but are not limited to:
- being selected for audit
- notice of an incomplete audit
- notice of an incomplete application
Helpful Information:
- Make sure all account information is current and correct
- Make sure to check your application after submitting
- Check your Message Center for details on incomplete applications
