Recertification Application Pending Agency Affiliation
If you are planning to renew as Active, you will need to be affiliated with at least one agency on your National Registry account. Once you have submitted the agency affiliation, it must be approved by a training officer. If you submit an application without an agency or with a pending agency affiliation, you will be renewed as Inactive.
If a request to affiliate with an agency has been pending for more than a few days, make sure to check in with a training officer.
You can see more about your Affiliate Agency by using the following steps:
- Click on "Add or Remove Agency Affiliation" can be found just below the Recertification CE Summary (graph of completed education)
- Click on a currently listed agency
- Click View All Training Officer to see any individuals listed as Training Officers with the agency
If you do not recognize any of the names listed, please have your current Training Officer.
