Recertification Application Status

Your recertification application has been submitted! Congratulations, you are one step closer to completing your renewal. A recertification application has several steps before being processed and your certification renewed. 

Your application may be pending, under review or need immediate action for any of the following reasons: 
  1. Application Returned Incomplete
  2. Application Select for Audit 
  3. Pending training officer sign off
  4. Pending physician medical director sign off
  5. Pending National Registry Review 
  6. Pending Legal Pathway  

You can check your application status by: 
  1. Logging in to National Registry account
  2. Go to My Certification Dashboard
  3. Click Recertification Application
