Recertification Application Training Officer Responsibilities

If you are renewing your certification as Active, your application must be approved by your Training Officer before it can be processed by the National Registry. Below is a list of what a training officer must approve for each level. 


  1. For EMR and EMT providers, Training Officers must verify education and skills competency. 
  2. For AEMT and Paramedic providers, Training Officer must verify education.
