Successful Recertification By Exam
Congratulations on successfully passing your National Registry exam.
Please follow the directions below to locate your abbreviated recertification form. You will need to email the form back to us in order to complete your recertification. You can reply to this email with the completed form. Please attach it as a PDF or photo.
We cannot access Google Documents or any other document that requires a secondary login and will be unable to process if you send it that way.
For EMR and EMT, this form will need to be signed by your training officer.
For AEMT and Paramedic, this form will need to signed by your training officer and medical director.
How to Locate Abbreviated Form:
- Login to your NREMT account
- Select "My Certification" as your current role
- Select "Recert By Exam" on the left side of your page
- Select "App Status/Results"
- Scroll down the page and locate the Results box, then select "Print Exam Results".
- The Results letter will appear in a new tab or pop-up
- Please return the completed form to support@nremt.org.
