Recertification Dashboard Shows Inactive

Inactive does not mean your certification is expired. Often recertification applications are submitted by providers but lack the necessary sign-offs from Training Officers or Medical Directors to be processed as Active. To avoid penalizing those providers, we process all submitted recertification applications as Inactive to keep providers from letting their certification expire due to a lack of sign-offs.


You can easily change your status back to Active. Please review the articles below for more information on how to update your status.
