Recertification Application Pending Legal Pathway
If you answered yes to one of the background questions and were required to upload documentation for review, your application is pending. Eligibility reviews can take up 45 days for review from the time all documentation is submitted. Until the review is complete your application will stay in a pending status.
You may be asked via email for more information. You will need to upload additional information through the Eligibility Status tab on your National Registry account. Eligibility Status is not accessible from your My Certification page, currently it is only accessible from your Candidate Dashboard. You will need to switch roles from My Certification to Candidate to see updates regarding your status. The Eligibility Status is located at the bottom of the left hand column.
Helpful Information:
- Make sure contact information on your National Registry is current and correct
- Make sure to include as much information as possible in your personal statement or case notes
- Make sure in upload any relevant documentation regarding your situation
