Resubmitting Recertification Application

If your recertification application has been returned incomplete or you manually withdrew the application to make changes, you must resubmit the application to be processed. Applications must be resubmitted no later than the close of the reinstatement period. 


Reinstatement Periods: 
  1. EMR reinstatement ends on October 31 of the year your certification expires. 
  2. EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic reinstatement ends on April 30 of the year your certification expires.  
All education listed on an application must be completed by your expiration date. An application cannot be resubmitted with education completed outside of your recertification cycle.
