Recertification Dashboard Affiliation Information

You can manage your affiliations from your My Certification dashboard. You can also use the Agency Affiliations section of the dashboard to find out who is listed with your agency as a Training Officer or Medical Director.  


You can see more about your Affiliate Agency by using the following steps: 
  1. Click on "Add or Remove Agency Affiliation" can be found just below the Recertification CE Summary (graph of completed education) 
  2. Click on a currently listed agency 
  3. Click View All Training Officer to see any individuals listed as Training Officers with the agency
  4. Click View All Medical Director to see any individuals listed as Medical Directors with the agency

If you do not recognize any of the names listed, please have your current Training Officer or Medical Director contact us.
